Regional & National Projects

We also share our expertise in serving families and youth with parent-led organizations across the U.S. and territories through three (3) technical assistance centers.  These Centers offer information, training and coaching to build the capacity of the almost 90+ Parent Training and Information Centers and Community Parent Resource Centers funded by the U.S. Department of Education to serve families with children with disabilities.

SPAN National Projects:  

 Center for Parent Information and Resources through The Parent Center Hub website and our Buzz from the Hub e-news letter, we are a central resource for the information needs of the Parent Centers (statewide Parent Training & Information Centers and Community Parent Resource Centers) serving families of infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilites across the U.S. and territories.  Search our abundance of national resources here.

   The National Resources for Access Independence Self-determination and Employment (RAISE) Technical Assistance Center serves as a resource for Parent Training and Informaiton Centers funded by the US Dept of Ed Rehabilitative Services Administration who are providing information and support for youth with disabilities and their families.

SPAN Regional Projects:  


   Northeast Parent Center Assistance and Collaboration Team (NEPACT), Region 1 Parent Technical Assistance Center, and;


 The Resources for Employment, Access, Community Living, and Hope (REACH for Transition) Regional RSA Transition Center provide targeted and intenstive technical assistance for parent centers in the nine (9) northeastern states.
